Coaching
In addition to working with clients who are experiencing mental health challenges, I also offer coaching services in the areas of psychedelic preparation and integration, yoga and mindfulness, sexuality, career/business goals and strategy, communication skills development, values work, decision making, and general wellness practices. People who might benefit from coaching include individuals navigating life transitions, those in leadership positions, couples who are experiencing challenges unrelated to mental health issues, and people who feel that they are not living life in alignment with their values and potential. These services are distinct from my therapy practice in that we are not working to treat clinical mental health issues, but rather to enhance quality life or improve overall wellness.


Daylong Wellness Retreats
Daylong wellness retreats are for coaching clients who are looking for immersive experiences in support of wellness. Daylong retreats are designed in collaboration with clients to address a range of needs and may include somatic practices such as yoga and meditation, nature immersion, art therapy, and one-on-one coaching.
